We offer two private parking spaces in the underground garage for our guests. Parking spaces are available upon request and can be reserved before your arrival, subject to availability. If you would like to reserve a parking space, please let us know in advance and we will provide you with your parking space number, garage access instructions, and video showing how to enter the garage. If all private parking spaces are occupied, free public parking is available in the surrounding area.

Heating

The apartment is connected to the city's central heating system, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay during the colder months.

Heating is available throughout the apartment during the official heating season.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Stove

A modern induction cooktop is available for your convenience.

The apartment is fully equipped with induction-compatible cookware, making it easy to prepare your meals.

Please switch off the cooktop after use.

Oven

An oven is available in the kitchen for your convenience.

Please make sure the oven is switched off after use.

Electric Kettle

An electric kettle is available for preparing hot water for tea, coffee or other beverages.

Please switch it off after use and do not operate it without water.

If you need additional capsules during your stay, they can be purchased at most supermarkets throughout the city.

Refrigerator & Ice Cube Tray

Laundry pods are provided for your arrival.

Cleaning Supplies

Basic cleaning supplies are available in the apartment.

For stays of 7 nights or more, fresh towels, bed linen and light cleaning are available every 7–10 days.

Waste Disposal

Please place household waste in the provided garbage bags.

Waste containers are located outside the building.

Private Balcony

Step outside and enjoy your private balcony, perfect for your morning coffee or an evening drink.

For your convenience, the balcony includes:

A table with two chairs
A clothes drying rack

Please keep the balcony door closed while using the air conditioner.
